Roseanne brings over 30 years of diverse executive and board experience in corporate groups with highly diversified and distributed business operations as well as regulated businesses including, finance, agriculture, infrastructure and resources.
Starting out in investment banking and capital structuring at JBWere, today Roseanne is an experienced Chair, Non-Executive Director and Advisor to private, ASX listed companies and Statutory Corporations.
Roseanne sees common issues, opportunities and trends across sectors broadly drawn from her experience in funds management, financial markets and portfolio asset selection. Roseanne relishes the opportunity to work with companies who have the capacity to scale and pioneer new technology or business models as well as taking the time to navigate stakeholder engagement well often, with portfolio or joint venture companies.
Roseanne enjoys commercial challenges particularly industries subject to intense competition and or potential innovative disruption.

DINUKE RANASINGHE

Dinuke is an expert in the technology industry, specialising in financial services and the marketplace sector. He has held executive positions in corporations including: Visa Inc., PayPal and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Dinuke has also worked as an advisor and director on the board of public and private organisations, including: Shopping.com, Arcadier Holdings Private Limited, the Defeat-NCD Partnership and various technology companies in Asia.
Dinuke holds a B.Eng from the University of Sydney and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business and a Master of Science Degree from the University of Oxford, Said Business School.

He is currently the Chief Executive of LEKI EV & ModMade.
He holds an MBA is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an Alumni of the Industry Leaders Fund having studied at Harvard Business School with their support and is a recipient of the 40 Under 40 Award. He is also a passionate advocate and mentor for young and emerging leaders, and serves as a Non Executive Director and Chair for several organisations in the real estate, arts, and education sectors. He believes that people are the heartbeat of high performance, and strives to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and kindness in everything he does.
