    Following a successful business career building up and leading private and public, property and wine companies Sean was elected as a Senator to the Australian Parliament. Sean served as a member of the Australian Senate from 2011 to 2016, representing South Australia and worked extensively in the Economics, Foreign Affairs Defence and Trade and Rural Affairs and Transport Standing Committees, Chairing the Standing Committee of Economics between 2014 and 2016.

    As a Senator he made a major contribution to the policy debate on Australia’s energy future, inclusive of a widely published submission to the Nuclear Fuel Cycle Royal Commission (2016). Further, his public contribution spearheaded a successful campaign to implement a Competitive Evaluation Process for the supply of 12 submarines to the Australian Defence Force, the largest commitment by a government to maritime forces since 1901.

    As Chairman of Enterprise Corporation, corporate advisory specialists based in Adelaide, Sean heads a team that is focused on delivering concentrated guidance to clients in the areas of Government Policy, Business Strategy, Capital Raising, and Mergers and Acquisitions for a range of clients across various sectors, including technology, the space industry, defence related business, tourism, and agriculture.     Roseanne is experienced in corporate strategic advisory and investment management.

    Previously she worked at JB Were; the Australian investment house in its retail/IPO division.

    She held positions of Tribunal Member for the Office of Consumer and Business Affairs and CEO influencing South Australian investment attraction.

    Roseanne has also worked as an advisor to the boards of public and private companies including Wesfarmers, Harvey Norman, Brand Collective Australia, General Motors Holden and Porsche. Roseanne leads a boutique private equity firm and is a director on both government corporations and private company boards.

    Roseanne holds a Bachelor of Economics/Arts; and a Master of Business Research (Commerce) and MBA from the University of Adelaide. She later returned to study an LLB at the University of Adelaide’s law school.

    Grant is a longstanding member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

    Having spent 10 years as a chartered accountant in public practice, Grant went onto spend the next 20 years in senior finance roles primarily in the private sector however with listed sector experience emanating from this as a result of his key role in a number of corporate transactions. Notably, Grant’s most significant experience and expertise has been established in the viticulture and wine industries. Grant’s accomplished corporate finance background has seen him play a key role in a number of transaction teams spanning ASX listings, prospectus development, mergers, acquisitions, de-listings and divestments, further drawing on his governance and regulatory expertise.

    With an accomplished commercial background, Grant has been a valuable contributor to the not for profit sector as both a Director, Advisor and Mentor at the State and National Level.

    Grant brings a depth of corporate financial experience and expertise readily transferable to businesses of any size and ambition.

    Chris is a former Senator for South Australia in the Australian Parliament and between 1993 to 1996 was a Minister in the Keating Government at various times including, Minister for Small Business, Customs, Science and Construction. As Minister he was also responsible for the Australian Space Program, the Patents Office and for Industrial Standards.

    During 1990-1993 he Chaired the Joint Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade. Further, the committee dealt with International Human Rights issues.

    Since leaving parliament in 2002 he has established a consultancy business advising companies, particularly SME’s, on national and international strategic issues. He is and has Chaired start-up companies including start ups in the high-tech space. He has been extensively involved in developing businesses focused on trade and strategic engagement between Australia and China and over the last 30 years he has visited China approximately 70 times.

    More broadly, Chris has Chaired a number of arts and cultural organisations and notably was until 2013 President of the Australian Volleyball Federation for 16 years.

    Ben is a wine and spirits industry professional with over 20 years of global experience in Australia, New Zealand, China, Spain, United States, Argentina, United Kingdom and Europe, Middle East and Africa.

    Ben has held a number of Director roles across viticulture, winemaking, production, supply chain, brand visitation and various other technical support functions.

    Ben has strong skills in the areas of operations management, strategy development, asset/capital management, financial management, commercial negotiation, procurement, supply chain, people and productivity, lean production and technical innovation.

    Having held a number of board and advisory positions including the Chair of Vinehealth Australia and President of the South Australian Wine Industry Association, Ben understands the importance of establishing strong relationships between industry and government.

    Ben has a personal interest in building strong relationships and providing tailor-made advice to suit both new and established businesses of varying sizes; assisting them to reach their growth potential.

    Ben’s diverse skillset and depth of expertise and experience uniquely places him to be able to provide knowledge and practical hands on experience to business across a range of industries.
